The owners of this two bedroom, one bath home wanted a new kitchen and bathroom. We worked with them to redesign the layout and convert two closets to create a more efficient closet for the primary bedroom and a small laundry with louvered doors for a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen plans include a more efficient layout with new cabinets, a peninsula, and butcher block countertops. The owners desired a unique, lower-cost kitchen floor, so we assisted them with painting and "weathering" the existing tile floor. The bathroom was completely renovated with a unique design extending into a glass block window with vent. Longer term, the owners will make a separate living space in the basement with a separate entrance. It will have two bedrooms, a bathroom, living area, and small kitchen. This is a longer-term renovation project to accommodate the owners' budget.

Single Family Entire Home Renovation

University City, MO

This three bedroom, two bath home was completely renovated. The kitchen was modernized with new cabinets, quartz countertop, and new appliances. The bathrooms were reconfigured to allow for adding a walk-in shower for the ensuite bedroom while keeping a full bath/shower for the hall bathroom. The fireplace was modernized with shiplap, while the basement with bar was transformed to a useable and cozy space. 

Duplex Two Bathrooms and Kitchen Renovation

Burbank, CA

Two bathrooms and one kitchen in this duplex needed to be completely gutted and re-done due to structural damage from long-term water leaks. In addition to removing the damaged studs, re-framing, and reinforcing the structure, one bathroom layout was completely altered and a laundry room was added, necessitating cutting into the slab in order to re-do the plumbing. The kitchen layout was modernized and designed to maximize space in the small space. We did the design work, did the contracting work, and finished the project to the client's complete satisfaction. His new renter is in love with the place!

Driveway Concrete Expansion and Exterior Painting

Glendale, CA

The driveway to this two bedroom, two bath home needed to be expanded. We provided designwork for the driveway and walkway, as well as securing and overseeing the concrete workers. The owners were thrilled with the final result!
